SNAP
(Safe Neighborhood Awareness Program)

The main objective of SNAP is to provide support and education regarding public safety and assist neighbors in identifying and resolving crime and violence. This year, SNAP will be building on our already great working relationship with our local police force.  We have recently created a matrix of our monthly police reports that Scott Williamson, our neighborhood policing officer, provides us each month.  SNAP volunteers will update and analyze this matrix monthly and report findings not only to the association, but also neighboring businesses and residents.  Click HERE to see a copy of our spreadsheet.  SNAP  Volunteers in this group will take an active role in problem-solving and working together to create a safer, vibrant neighborhood.

Neighborhood Directory

We are recruiting Block Captains to educate and gather information for residents within their blocks.  This lays the groundwork for the creation of a neighborhood directory.  A neighborhood directory is important because it not only allows us to reach each other in the event of an emergency, but also notifies us on neighborhood events.  If you would like to be listed on, please click HERE.  You are welcome to list as much or as little as you would like! If you are interested in volunteering time as a Block Captain with this program or would be interested in co-chairing this program please click HERE to sign-up.
