The neighborhood contains a noteworthy collection of historic architecture Craftsman Bungalow, Tudor Revival, Cottage, Mediterranean Revival, Colonial Revival and American Foursquare; however Craftsman bungalows constitute over 50 percent of the homes. Most of our historic homes have front porches, hardwood floors, fireplaces and large windows with lots of natural light.
